EconomouDielectricBC

Dielectric boundary condition (Based on Lymberopoulos and Economou (1994))

Overview

EconomouDielectricBC is a type of PenaltyDirichletBC for the potential on the boundary of a grounded ideal dielectric.

The potential at the boundary of a grounded ideal dielectric is defined as

Where is the permittivity of the dielectric, is the thickness of the dielectric, is the voltage on the dielectric, is the normal to the boundary, is the elemental charge, is the permittivity of free space, and is the E-field normal to the dielectric. and are the electron and ion outflow flux and are defined with the SakiyamaElectronDiffusionBC, SakiyamaSecondaryElectronBC and SakiyamaIonAdvectionBC (please refer to those BC's for more information on the fluxes).
